Ten women, one day, a shared meal, and the same practice this whole body of work is built on. If you have read the book or spent time in this community already, you know the territory. If this is your first Aloha Circle, it is simply a day built around genuine presence, held deliberately rather than left to chance.

What the day includes

  • A full day together, in a small, intentional group, always capped at ten.
  • Food, included, shared as part of the day rather than a break from it.
  • My full attention, since I facilitate these alone.
